Moon Salutation Yoga with Adrienne

Moon Salutation, or Chandra Namaskar, is a gentle yoga flow that activates the cooling, nurturing energies of the body.
This yoga sequence is tri-doshic (balancing for all doshas), but because of it’s cooling characteristics, the poses in Moon Salutation are balancing especially for pitta dosha.
According to Ayurveda, developing a consistent practice of Moon Salutation will bring you back in alignment with your circadian rhythm, which is your body’s natural internal clock or sleep-wake cycle.
This simple and easy flow takes about five minutes, and is a great practice for all levels of yoga experience.
