I love Chicago for its rich history, architecture, cultural arts, Midwestern charm and grounding food. My partner, Amir, and I traveled back to my hometown to fill our souls with family time and to satisfy our taste buds.

When we travel, we’re always on the hunt for nourishing, plant-based cuisine and local farmer’s markets. From buchi buns to buffalo cauliflower - here’s our taste of Chicago, vegan style.
